Q: What is the best method for prepping wrap surfaces?
A: We recommend you use alcohol to prep your application areas. Wax residue or any grime will lead to adhesive failure. Also, make sure to use a smooth cloth of some kind to clean area so as to prevent light scratching of surface.
Tunnel Questions
Q: Other then hood wraps do you offer additional pieces for sled wraps?
A:Yes, we offer “Trim to Fit” tunnel sections online with the wrap for an additional $50. The pieces are (2) 52″ x 9” rectangles for each side. If you want to wrap the entire tunnel, we need hard dimensions from you on the sizes and we can get you a price for the additional printed vinyl.
Sled Models
Q: What models of sleds do you cover for your wraps?
A: We cover three manufacturers: Arctic Cat, Polaris and Ski-Doo. Unfortunately, we do not currently have wraps for Yamaha snowmobiles. For Arctic Cat, we have wraps that will fit the M-Series, Crossfire and the Sno Pro race sled chassis. For Polaris, we have wraps that will fit the RMK Chassis, Assault, Shift etc. and then we have wraps that will fit the IQ race sled chassis. Please check with us prior to ordering your wrap if you are unsure if SCS has correct templates for your sled and if not we will do our best to accommodate you.
Adding Logo’s & Color Changes
Q: Can I add logos to my wrap?
A: Yes, we can add logo(s) to any wrap for sponsors, company graphics and other identifying markings such as number plates etc. Each wrap category has a product titled ‘Add/Remove logs’ which can be purchased with a selected number of additions.

A: Yes! Underneath each wrap there is a drop down menu titled “Wrap Color Change(s)”. There are two options; change one color or change multiple color’s. One color change for example is changing the background accent color to match your specific sled. Multiple color changes would be changing both the background accent, and foregrounds colors. Please enter your specified design changes in the ‘design notes’ input box during the checkout process.
Q: Will you send me a proof before I purchase?
A: Unfortunately we do not send color change proof(s) until the product has been purchased and your color change(s) options have been selected during the checkout process. Once we have received the order and your color changes submitted in the “design notes” of the checkout form (or via email), whichever is easiest for you, we will happily make the changes and send the proof(s) via email with satisfaction guaranteed.

Custom Sled Wrap Designs
Q: Can SCS make custom sled wraps?
A: Yes, the base rate for a custom sled wrap is $250 and our custom design rate is $75 per hour and design typically takes between 4 to 6 hours.
Material Description
Q: What is the material used to print sled wraps?
A: Our Sled Wraps and Graphics offer DPF 8000 3.8 mil satin white, high-tensile, polyvinyl chloride film with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for indoor and outdoor graphics, DPF 8000 is made of 100% polymeric face stock with a special lay-flat liner.
The special adhesive system is designed to adhere to “hard-to-stick” and low energy surfaces. DPF 8000 is designed to meet the marking requirements and specifications of the transportation, vending, and automotive industries. The film conforms well to flat surfaces with slight contours when processed and applied according to Arlon recommendations. DPF 8000 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted).
Q: What is a description of the laminate material used to protect sled wrap graphics?
A: The primary purpose of lamination is to provide abrasion protection for your prints. Lamination is a must for sled wraps and stickers because they will endure cleaning and weather elements. Lamination will increase the thickness of the print, making it easier to handle.
Convex laminates are used when protection is needed, but you still have to apply the graphic to complex curves. Use on helmets and hard hats, vehicles such as MX bikes, ATV’s and Snowmobiles is recommended. SCS uses only the best laminates available. We use a Convex Gloss Laminate that is 8 mil thick placed on top of the 3 mil base layer providing 11.8 mil of protection to suit the most aggressive riders’ needs.
Shipping
Q: What is the shipping policy with SCS Unlimited?
A: For U.S. and International orders, packages are shipped via FedEx and USPS. Once orders are received and payments have cleared, our team of highly skilled laborers will have your order in motion within one business day. After your item has been printed, laminated and boxed we will ship your order through our preferred shipping method. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days after shipment. International orders will typically ship within 2-3 weeks depending on country.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Q: Does SCS have a warranty and return policy?
A: SCS Unlimited is not liable for improper installation of graphics, damage to them due to improper install techniques, or damage due to everyday use and race abrasions. Our graphics are printed and laminated on the highest quality materials. The materials we use are heavy duty and will withstand reasonable wear-and-tear, however they are not indestructible.
Incorrect Item Shipped: We will pay the shipping charges to have the unused item returnedupon receipt and inspection. Then, if all checks out, the correct item will be promptly shipped.
All sales are final. Once the purchase button has been pressed all charges are processed to the credit card entered. You CANNOT cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase as everything is order-2-print. Thank you for your understanding.
