Red Bull: New Year. No Limits.

If you haven’t heard already, Robbie Maddison and Levi LaVallee will be attempting to break distance records on both their motorcycle and snowmobile this New Year’s Eve in San Diego courtesy of Red Bull Energy Drink. The plan is to have Robbie and Levi jump side by side at an attempt to smash previous world records set by both athletes. This is going to be an insane event and one for the record books. Red Bull Fuel + Fury Blazes Into Wrigley Field

World’s top snowmobilers make their way to Wrigley Field for urban freestyle snowmobiling competition

Chicago, IL – On Saturday, Nov. 5, eight of the globe’s top snowmobilers will ascend into the night sky for Red Bull Fuel + Fury. The freestyle snowmobiling competition will place Wrigley Field, one of the Chicago’s most storied landmarks, into uncharted territory—the center of an extreme machine playground. With athlete pitted against athlete and sled pitted against sled, the captivating event will mark the first-ever time that professional snowmobiling has laid its tracks at the iconic venue in the heart of the major metropolis. “I am so pumped that Red Bull Fuel + Fury is back,” said Levi LaVallee, one of the world’s top riders, who will serve as the event host. “The event has helped elevate the sport of snowmobile freestyle to where it is today.”The all-star lineup of competitors includes Winter X Games gold medalists Daniel Bodin, Heath Frisby and Justin Hoyer (2004 Red Bull Fuel + Fury winner), as well as all-stars Cory Davis, Jimmy Fejas and Jeff Mullen. LaVallee, a seven-time Winter X Games medalist, will also be joined by a panel of five judges, all of whom are industry heavyweights.With thousands of cubic yards of woodchips, dirt and turf laid before them, each of the athletes will take to the buried pavement for their shot at one of the most jaw-dropping playing fields the sport has ever seen. The one-of-a-kind track will launch competitors onto a course featuring three steel ramps. Between flips, grabs and big-air tricks, the unrelenting series of kickers will send riders airborne against the silhouette of the historic stadium and Chicago skyline, each ferociously vying to rev his way to victory.The discerning judge’s panel will assess contenders over the course of a double elimination bracket challenge. Each round will feature two athletes battling it out head to head, with one advancing in the winner’s bracket. The other will make his way to the consolation bracket for the chance to claw his way back to the championship.If history is any indicator, the Nov. 5 spectacle promises to be an outdoor laboratory for extreme innovation. In 2003, snowmobile pioneer Jay Quinlan executed the first-ever backflip on a sled en route to winning the inaugural Red BullFuel + Fury in Jackson, WY. In 2004 and 2005, he returned to the event, which moved to the abandoned Pabst brewery in Milwaukee, WI, wowing the crowds with back-to-back backflips in 2004. The competition returned to its backcountry roots in Alaska in 2006. The 2011 competition marks a much-anticipated comeback on the biggest stage yet.”I’ll never forget Jay Quinlan doing the first backflip on a snowmobile in competition at the first Red Bull Fuel + Fury,” said LaVallee. “That is what started the madness that you see the riders doing today. Who knows what will go down at this year’s event in Chicago, but I know for sure that it will be insane!”

Red Bull Fuel + Fury will take place at Wrigley Field, at 1060 West Addison Street. The competition will begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. Gates open at 5 p.m. Admission is free to the public.

Red Bull Ronnie Renner Freeride Tour

Here are some pics from the 2nd stop of the Red Bull Ronnie Renner Freeride tour, Dumont.

Dumont Dunes about 1 1/2 hours west of Vegas was the 2nd stop of the Red Bull Ronnie Renner Freeride Tour. What an amazing place to go riding! The dunes are in a small area, but large in size and were the host for many big jumps. The athletes that attended were, Renner, Hog, Clowers, Parsons, Wacker for moto. In the 4 wheel motorsports world, living legend Ricky Johnson brought out his pre-runner baja buggy and Bryce Menzie http://www.menziesmotorsports.com/ the newly crowned Red Bull Athlete.

With this group of amazing talent the Dumont Dunes were brought to life like never before! I had the opportunity to ride with both Ricky and Bryce and let me just say it was incredible! I definitely received my dose of adrenaline and I am hooked on four wheel motorsports! They say, “with age, get a cage”!

Red Bull Barge Spin

Red Bull Barge Spin was a five-day journey on a floating BMX park with Red Bull’s incredible BMX riders. Starting in Fort Lauderdale on December 11, the barge floated down the Atlantic to Miami until December 15th.

Heath Frisby Gold for Best Trick

Heath Frisby, the OG of Freestyle snowmobiling, has finally struck GOLD at Winter X Games 14!! Heath pulled off a huge Ruler Indian Air Backflip to claim the number one spot and finally stand on top of that illustrious podium!! It has been a long time coming for FRISBY and all of us at SCS want to send out a big congratulations to Heath Frisby for all his hard work and dedication!!

Red Bull Highrise

As Ronnie Renner prepared for breaking his own Guinness World Record for highest motorcycle jump off a quarterpipe, his bike was looking good atop of a custom SCS bike stand. We are all thrilled to be involved with yet another amazing Red Bull event.

Heath Frisby takes Sledstyle to MTV!

A few months ago Heath and the boyz were in Utah showing the Nitro Circus how to ride snowmobiles. (Or flip one in Travis Pastrana’s case)

If you look closely you will see Heath and Travis both sporting custom SCS Vinyl Works Sled Wraps!! The show is a huge success and we are all stoked to have Heath representing. Congrats to Frisby on another great year

RedBull SCS | Motorhome Wrap

This rig is 38′ long and needed a facelift to promote SCS and Red Bull at specific events. Chewy Creation tackled this with the intention of a loud but proud look for the Sledstyle team. In the years past, they were traveling in a crew cab truck!! Once the design was created we pulled the big rig into our application bay and brought it to life! This job was exciting for everyone involved. It gave us all a pat on the back, knowing hard work pays off!!

Snow Park Tech Rail Feature

When Red Bull and Snow Park Technologies wanted to develop a fully branded rail feature at Mt. Hood, they called the experts in creative large format printing. The snow feature was so effective, PACSUN and the USASA Snowboard Team featured Tyler Anderson putting down some sick moves on the rail.

This project required some unique printing and specialized installation techniques. If you’re looking t Jazz up you snow park features with some creative branding, SCS Unlimited is here and ready!
